Ash die back is moving fast here in North Norfolk, i estimate around 80% of Ash trees are showing signs.
What we are finding is that the classic diamonds are not appearing the trees are just thinning and not comming into leaf.
Through the East of England Tree and Landscape Officer Group (EATALoG) we have produced a Tool box for tree and landscape Officers and an Action Kit for getting Parish councils and Tree Wardens involved in surveying and monitoring.
